Return Policy
We want your shopping experience with us to be a pleasant one. In the event that you are not satisfied with any of our products please refer to our return policy below.
Shipping-All orders are shipped right away. In the event that your order is lost in transit we will do everything possible to trace your order by filing a claim with the carrier which can take up to 14 business days. We realize that prompt arrival of your products can be imperative to your business, in the rare event that a claim must be filed the order can be placed again and the total of the order will be refunded upon the original (lost) package being returned to us. If the order placed is lost or missing due to an incomplete or wrong address given we will refund the order when the missing package is returned to us (The sender) which may take up to 30 days. Please make sure your shipping information is correct when placing your order.
Defective Product-Any items you find to be defective will be replaced or refunded upon the return of the defective item within 10 days. When the defective item is received and after being inspected an exchange or refund including shipping cost will be issued. Please allow 7 days for this process. If you have received a defective item please contact us by email at Lengthylocks4u@yahoo.com so that we can expect your return. We will contact you when we receive it. Please send all returns to the address below.

Exchanges-We offer exchange only on non-defective and un-used hair extension tools. We will not be responsible for shipping cost for exchanges unless in the event that a wrong item was shipped to you. Due to strict federal laws and health regulations there are no returns or exchanges for hair.
Wrong/Missing Items-Your order is inspected and all items checked off of a list before leaving our shipping center. If you find an item to be missing from your order or a wrong color/size is received due to our oversight we will replace the item at no cost to you.
